The Trail Cheff is a medium-sized outdoor kitchen knife. This cooking knife has a full tang wich makes it durable and robust. The blade is made of stainless steel, has a micro bevel edge, and is crazy sharp right out of the box.
The amarant wood handle is covered with the Danish oil. This is oneof our favorite kitchen knives iin the hoouse and outdoors. This is a customer favorite.

The Trail Chef blade is made of 5Cr14MoV stainless steel and hardened to 56-57 HRC. 

Comes witha custom Kydex sheath with leather belt loop.
